A. COMPREHENSIVE MOTOR POLICY

The comprehensive Motor policy is an all-risk cover, and the scope of the cover is;

• Accidental damage
• Collision
• Overturning
• Windscreen damage
• Malicious damage
• Fire
• Theft

a. SECTION II of the policy covers legal liabilities arising out of the use of the vehicle, causing damage to properties or injuries or death to third parties.
b. Legal expenses are covered.

B. THIRD PARTY FIRE AND THEFT POLICY

1. This cover indemnifies the insured as a result of damage caused by Fire, Lightning and Explosion.
2. It covers damages during attempted theft or stolen.

C. THIRD PARTY MOTOR POLICY

1. The policy provides indemnity to the insured in respect of his legal liabilities to the third parties arising out of the use of the vehicle on the road, causing death or bodily injuries to the third parties.
