Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast and has also attended several seminars and conferences in his area of expertise. He was previously with the Lands Commission in Sekondi, where he served as an Administrative Assistant, gaining valuable experience in operations and client service. He is committed to delivering efficient claims service and client–focused solutions.
